はじめに武神館宗家初見良昭師について知らない方がおられるので、少し紹介します。
初見宗家は、幼少の頃より武の道に入り、講道館柔道五段をはじめ合わせて十何段、近隣に敵なしと云われていたそうですが、
二十七歳の頃故高松寿嗣師（戸隠流忍術三十三代宗家・虎倒流骨法術十四代宗家・玉虎流骨指術二十八代宗家・高木揚心流柔体術十六代宗家・神伝不動流二十一代宗家・九鬼神流八方秘剣術二十代宗家などと、各流の宗家を継ぎ、隠れた剣豪として、其道の重鎮である。
「真説・日本剣豪伝 小山龍太郎著」）に出会い十五年間師事し、各流の宗家を受け継ぎ、現在九つの流派の宗家で、
「武神館九流派八法秘剣宗家」を名乗られている。世界に武道を紹介して二十余年、世界の軍隊の武術顧問をはじめ、
各国の重要な団体から絶賛されている。
そういったところから、各国の大統領や軍等、主に国防に関るトップからの感謝状は山のようにあります（本当にびっくりしますよ）。
昨年は社会文化功労賞を頂かれました。やっと日本が、初見宗家を通して自国の伝統武道
初見 良昭（はつみ まさあき、1931年12月2日 - ）は、武神館（ぶしんかん）を創設した武術家。戸隠流忍術三十四代目継承者。
戸隠流の他に、 虎倒流骨法術八法秘剣宗家、 玉虎流骨指術八法秘剣宗家、 高木楊心流柔体術八法秘剣宗家、 九鬼神伝流体術八法秘剣宗家、 玉心流忍法八法秘剣宗家、 雲隠流忍法八法秘剣宗家、 神伝不動流打拳体術八法秘剣宗家、 義鑑流骨法術八法秘剣代宗家 と、合わせて九流派の宗家を名乗る。 現在は「武神館九流派八法秘剣宗家」を名乗る。武道の達人として非常に評価が高く、 日本伝統武道における最期の達人と謳われている。現在も武道家として国際的に活躍中。
千葉県生まれ。 幼少の頃より空手、柔道（講道館柔道5段）、ボクシング、古武道、銃剣道など様々な武道を修行。 はじめ天心古流の上野貴に師事し、上野貴の師の一人であった高松寿嗣に27歳の頃に入門し、その後15年間古武道の修行に励む。 1958年、高松から九流派を継承する。この九流派を統合したものを「武神館武道」と名づけ、 道場を創設。
